Myself and 3 brothers practically lived at the Fairy Dell. I married and moved to Stoke but always visited family regularly and my 2 sons main pleasure was the Fairy Dell. Then 2 Grandsons enjoyed it, and now 2 Granddaughters. The girls always pleading for us to take them again each time we come back. Always a lot of children when we go .. all happy and such plain simple old fashioned pleasure. GENERATIONS of unforgettable nostalgia

Stop the council selling off bowling greens & fairy dell . They have already sold pier fields . We need green areas. Isn't it wrong to build hotels on tidal flood areas. They are destroying Skegness heritage .

Save the fairy dell! This is a Skegness tradition and one which is ingrained into many people's childhood memories of the seaside. For many children whose parents cannot afford the constant slot machines and expenses it's a free and very welcome attraction. Please leave it alone ELDC.
