Once again the council is trying to remove a much loved and well used facility. I played there as a child. My family have played there and now their own children are plying there. It is important to Skegness as a play area that brings revenue to the town and families to keep that trade happening decade after decade. Don't be short sited. You have a responcibility to develop the town, not sell off the family silver.

The pool should be kept open if this goes ur taking away some happy memories for some people and that's something else less to do there's nxt to nothing to do now

Typical of Government cuts to Councils, forcing Councils to land-grab, in this case with Fairy Dell. I came here as a child back in the 70s and remember playing here many times. My friends brought their children here, and now their grandchildren. Hundreds of thousands of people have enjoyed this; why take it away now, to be replaced by what, exactly? Some hideous office building? Because it 'makes money'? Poorly thought-out, because if people enjoy this pool, then they are likely to spend more money elsewhere in the town, which can only benefit local tradespeople . You can't spend money visiting an office block.

I have so many magical memories of going to Fairy Dell as a child. Don't take this amazing asset away from our future generations.

My daughter loved this place,, ad to visit every time we visited Skegness and it was always busy. Great for smaller children and it's disgusting to think the council want to close something that encourages families out and about instead of staying in.

This is a place where childhood memories are made , it's somewhere the children can play , make friends and have fun !! Sometimes it's not all about money , just stop and think , and most importantly go and see for yourselves instead of sitting in an office looking for ways to cut costs
