Good owners pay registration and upkeep for their babies because that’s what they are,we are here to care for them in all aspects.

I'm tired for Council ignoring the law and showing middle finger.
No one is above the law.
Compliance is a must or pay the price, the community has had enough.
For a Public body follow the law!
