Michelle was such a great individual as a person.

Michelle is one of the kindest, most caring people at Sinai, and firing her was not just a poor choice, but a strong message to the congregation that the board wants compliance, not quality

Michelle has given everyone who has attended preschool or religious school at Sinai support kindness and the best Jewish education we could ever ask for. If the board thinks this is in any way helpful to the congregation then we need to reconsider who the board is and why their making these decisions not Michelle!

Michelle is a very friendly face it Sianai I enjoy seeing her every time I am there. Michelle is part of the Sianai community and the termination of Michelle makes no logical sense. We need to stand together as a community and take a stand for Michelle. This is In the best interest of Temple Sianai. Michelle is passionate about Jewish education, she is dedicated and she's given a lifetime of service.

Michelle has been amazing, supportive role model for my family for many years. She is one of the key remaining staff members that keeps me engaged in Temple Sinai.

I have been nothing short of very pleased with the work of Michelle Schwartz. We believe that the Hebrew school has blossomed due to her leadership

Michelle is the reason I stayed involved in Sinai and continued through Confirmation. She has been absolutely amazing in keeping the older children involved in the community.

Michelle was my Bat Mitzvah tutor many years ago. I remember her as a wonderful teacher, and I support her being retained in the Director of Education position.

Michelle is one of the most dedicated, kind and hardworking people I know. I have known her for many years and she is a wonderful person who was always trying to make religious school a warm and welcoming environment for our children. She has tutored both of my kids and has been such a positive asset at our religious school and temple. This decision does not make sense!?!

The unjust firing of Michelle is outrageous. The Board talks about building a sacred community at Temple Sinai. How hypocritical, especially since she was terminated on Shavuot, the very day that we received the Torah.

Whomever this board member is, they need to be fired! I might not let Samantha finish out Hebrew school there if there are harsh working conditions.

...after attending the June 9 meeting, of course, to redirect our Board

Yeah. I missed something, too - was anything broken that needed fixed? Looking elsewhere...

Michelle is one of the sweetest people alive. She doesn't deserve what's being done to her and I will do everything I can to make sure she keeps her job.

Michelle has been there since my sister was a little kid (who's in college now) and has helped me with everything I have needed help with since I was a baby, Michelle cannot go, she cares about everyone and their oppinions, she's always there when you need her and she makes the temple a second home.

Michelle Schwartz is in the best interest of our congregation. If this is happening, then this is a sad day in our history.

OMG!!! What?? Michelle is the most amazing mentor, teacher, tutor, and friend. Both my kids respect and love her for her dedication to her career, and the caring in which she unleashes, literally changed their lives for the better. I have no idea what she could have possibly done for the board to make such a drastic decision. Extremely disappointing and upsetting. The Entire Fisch Family
