This would be a terrible decision. The public sector should be investing in sport facilities and encouraging people to be active not limiting options.

I drive from Bath to play here every week with one of my good friends and it would be such a shame to close these courts. Please keep them openn

Crazy to get rid of public sports facilities. Short cited decisions against the best interest of the community they should be serving....

It would be a great pity if these courts are closed. We need to be encouraging opportunities for all sports.

As welsh no 3 (U15) I would like to see as many courts available as possible.

This is not a positive move for any young potential squash players in the Caldicot area..

Shutting courts - wrong decision - hopefully (irony) not driven by profit!! In this modern world - we need to encourage a healthy interactive pastime not discard it

Sports should to be encouraged, not opportunities taken away. This is a poor proposition to replace it for something that is readily available within local areas.

The squash courts are used by all ages children as young as 4 all the way through to masters age
By club members junior squash and recreational users
To sacrifice these for a soft play is disgusting that will only cater for young children and won’t be used after they are in bed also caldicot have failed several times with a soft play on the industrial estate it’s not used and is short lived
A squash court is very popular sport and people who pay council tax for our sports centre should have a say also the school can use these courts as a multi area space or for squash
You should not sacrifice something that’s been successful for so many years you should be adding not getting rid of

Would be a shame to lose the only courts available locally. It would probably mean I would never play squash again.

Courts have been used by the whole family for nearly 20 years, lots of fun from junior to adults games, met a lot of great people through it

Taking away an amazing sport from a sports centre where people learn sport of all ages is disgusting and is not helping people get healthy and fit.
