Unfortunately there are groups of people who have a political agenda and want to erase and rewrite American history.

It is ridiculous to try to erase a part of History without erasing everything that ever happened in conjunction with it.
Several years ago I made an offer on behalf of my Parents and family (who own where the original Courthouse stood) to return the Monument & the Flag to the original site that it was erected at in Eucheeanna, rather than erasing an important part of History. That offer still stands.

This is our history, are we going to start censoring our US history.
We need all the history of this great nation. So do hide it, be proud of it. History is what made us who we are today. The greatest nation on earth.
So everyone should stand up for our rights.
