Save Our Community From Overdevelopment

As an owner of 2 properties in Stafford Farms, I do not support duplex dwellings.

I am against duplexes but would support single family homes.

There has been enough building on this land. PLEASE leave green space on this parcel for the benefit of residents and wildlife. There is plenty of land elsewhere in the county for building duplexes.

The proposal of re-zoning the development for duplexes seems out of character for this area in terms of recent approvals. No doubt, current residents would prefer nothing at all but the town should consider alternate access points, new roads, and zoning options before considering the current proposal, which is heavily disfavored.

I would be in favor of keeping this single family zoning.

there are many children in the neighborhood the increase in traffic doesn't make them safe stop this

I stand against this the town has to much going on in this neighborhood already traffic is terrible and will only get worst

I do not support of over-development of our peaceful and quiet area.

I do not support further development of Slate Creek neighborhood, and the rezoning project proposed on Weddle Way!

I firmly against this rezoning because the development will destroy the quiet, peaceful, rural neighborhood we all enjoy! We are very concerned about the safety of this neighborhood. The crowded development will create more traffic, which will pose threats to older people and young children!
