Keep it open somehow. There’s absolutely nothing for anyone around there anymore.

Very sad news, all the fantastic memories of nights of great music dancing and craic. All the amazing fundraising the Kerry association did for the Christie, memories of my dad, Mick Breen RIP up on stage playing and singing, my mum, ciss breen on the door with Christine conway not letting anyone pass without buying a ticket for the massive hamper mum put together. Patsy keane and Pat Conway having the craic. My mum is in hospital with covid we are please God waiting to bring her home when she is strong enough but wait till I tell her this news she will be very upset but will put up a good fight against the closure of this national treasure, Keep up the good work everyone

Many memories have been made in these 4 walls. It would be tragic to permenantly close the door.

A wonderful caring parish centre that has raised thousands of pounds for charities across the region. Many happy memories.
