This little club has such a long history for the local people many of whom probably had their first drink in there and remain patrons to this day. The district needs social meeting places like this and many will feel this as a very real loss to the area.

It needs to stay open and be great again. Had many a great night in there. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere good music and a great time had by the Irish ,great music and dance and chat.

Went to the school opposite.
Happy smiley eighbour Mr grogan ran it for a few years. Pioneer meetings with mr towey. Mum and dad were pioneer's so didnt frequent the bar really. Good memories

This club is a massive part of the Irish community and irish heritage it's very important it stays open it's an outlet to people for many reasons religion hospitality live music these are very important factors to all the people that love and support this club please take this into consideration when making any decisions thank you

Sad times when a club that has served the community for so many years should find itself in this position. A truly negative move to force its closure. It simply shouldn’t be happening. I cannot see why it needs to happen.

Too many memories to throw away, this place has touched so many in every way, this was built by the parish for all the people to enjoy and became much more
