I have been in choir since 5th grade. That time of the day was my favorite part of the day. This choir family is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I would hate to see this choir family fall apart. Choir is where I can be myself and show who I am. Every year from 5th grade I have had a different choir teacher. Each teacher expects different things from us. Having one teacher for every year will make the choir better and build every year. We need a teacher that is full time or this program is going to die. Most likely after it dies at the Middle School it will die at the High School. Miss Snitzer is an amazing person, she teaches well, has an amazing voice and can inspire kids to become a better singer. She calls us our family, which is very rare for some teachers. She shouldn't change her job is she loves it. We need to save this program so that kids can be themselves and spend time with people who have same interest as other kids.

Choir always puts a smile on my face and when I leave that class I am always smiling or laughing. Choir makes me feel so good and it just makes my worries and my bad days melt away. The 8th grade choir is defiantly a family and we have all become friends and Miss. Snitzer is so great. She always makes us laugh and smile and she always wants us to have good days. Every year since 6th grade we have had a different choir teacher and they all expect different things from us and thats not good for us. We need the choir teacher to be a full time job or else the program is going to die and no one will keep the job to help the students learn and grow over the years. I think I speak for the whole 8th grade choir when I say that Miss. Snitzer would be an amazing person for the job if they make it full time because she is very kind and patient, she lets us have fun while also getting us to get work done, she loves working with us, and she is just an overall amazing person. She shouldn't have to change the job that she loves just because she doesn't get paid enough. We need to save the choir program so that kids wont have to sit around in classrooms all day and not have any classes that don't have creativity and freedoms that they wouldn't usually get in other classes. Save choir! Kids need it.

I've heard so much about Miss.Snitzer and she sounds like a great person so I think it would be great for the choir members and also Mr.Hanna likes to work with her so.

I am not a member of the BBHCSD orchestra, nor have I ever been. Though, music and art no matter its form is necessary. I can speak on personal behalf that making music and having an outlet for self expression can return happiness back into people's lives. If this program makes people happy and hopeful, I will help to keep it running.

Choir is my favorite part of the entire school day. The 8th grade choir is a family and I love them all so much. It's nice being able to have a class that, when I leave I don't have to think 'oh my god I'm gonna have to work on this homework assignment for like an hour. Along with those 4 other homework assignments that'll take like an hour each.' Choir is so fun and relaxing and no matter what else has happened that day, it brings a smile to my face. The teaching job really needs to be full time, because if it is not then the students are going to continue to have different teachers each year and that isn't fair to anybody.
