I am currently an SDS employee caring for my elderly aunt with Down syndrome. Her health as declined and she needs constant attention, however I can’t afford to have a pay decrease with the current economic increase in the cost of living. Both my aunt as a disabled person in need of care and myself providing for my family, rely on the funding from sds.

Please save SDS. I will lose pa’s if you cut wages. My life is important and I save Missouri a lot of money by utilizing SDS.

My aunt is 36 and has special needs that requires her to have 24/7 care and supervision. Our family has used SDS services for over a decade. These funding cuts would have a detrimental effect on her quality of life. Please reconsider.
