More Kirklees BAD decisions....break this Council up into Colne Valley and Huddersfield Borough bring back LOCALISM and peoples rights!

I have 2 grandsons who have benefited enormously from lessons at Salendine Nook, it is a shame it’s no longer available to them when they were doing so well

Having done life saving lesson in water when I was a child this is an important club that needs to remain in operation. teaching children how to swim and the dangers of open water is imperative as they may be able to save themselves and others if a situation ever arises.

This swim club will save lives teaching children to swim, quickly as the approach they use is unique to each child which builds confidence.

The best lessons for building confidence from a young age. Pay as you go was so valuable to me as a single parent

We need the children of today to learn how to swim one day it could save there life

these classes are so important for every child to have the opportunity to learn to swim, to take it away from those affected would be such a shame

The best place to take your kids if you want them to learn how to swim,How could they do this?its madness every other place I have been to was rubbish and the good ones get a hard time!Crazy please help

Disgusting we have used this swimming club as a family for over 10 years it has saved our grandsons lives also giving them water confidence & team players spirit If this action was ifor the benefit of the community what about the 450 children currently registered with the swimming club & the staff who are now currently unemployed are they not also part of the local community?? !!! Disgruntled grandparents

Keep children learning

encouraging activity and providing excellent facilities in our youth is the cornerstone on the way to improve health in current and future generations. Swimming is an excellent all round exercise that bring children together and improves health and enriches the community.

Agaim Kirklees puts money before people. They did this a few years ago fo the Deep Water Aqua fit 4at the stadium closing popular filled classes and filling it with money making ckasses.
