My grandson loves it here and he is so disappointed its having to close, Anita and her team do a fantastic job teaching the children to swim.

Swimming can be a lifesaver. I thought we were trying to tackle obesity, yet we cut important sporting clubs? Not to mention the confidence building and social aspects of this important community group.

Swimming is such an important life skill to teach a child, I would hope that be the age of 20 most children have had that opportunity x

This swimming club is a vital part of our community. My son learnt to swim here and now takes part in galas, biathlons and swims for his school. So many children have been taught this vital life skill. To close the club would be detrimental to so many families

These classes are excellent! As working parents to 2 children time is precious. Being able to get both children 4 and 6 into the pool at the right ability level at the same time is amazing. Hundreds of children swim with Anita and her team. There aren’t enough other classes in Huddersfield to support these children if she closes.

We are gutted this has happened. Our girls have been coming here for swim lessons for a couple of years and have come on so well. Please, please rectify this situation so that children can continue to learn with Anita’s fantastic swimming teachers.

I have 2 children that swim with this club , my youngest is 2 and now won't be able to swim till she turns 3 as other clubs don't allow under 3 , she loves her lesson , my older child as come on loads since swap clubs to here , the hour swim has helped her progress as half hour isn't long enough. With other clubs you have to pay if you don't attend which is unfair kids get poorly all the time and with money tight these days can't always afford to go every week, this club makes it affordable for all families . I'm disappointed in the system why they are not working with this club to continue as closing is going to affect alot of children not been able to have the opportunity to swim which is a life skill every child should be able to have , they is no swim club like this one with the flexibility they provide

My daughter loves being able to come to this swim venue, and I think it's a valuable thing for children to learn.

It is awful how Anita has been treat after years of providing a fantastic service that has life saving skills! By far the best swim school with the most reasonable rates and the most flexible times! My 3 year old son started 6 weeks ago and cried for the first few times but has just settled in and loves going!
