SAVE OUR CHILDRENS SWIM CLUB AND CLASSES - HUDDERSFIELD

My granddaughter attends these swim classes and they have been great for her. They’ve helped her so much. It’s morally wrong that this essential service should be taken away from people of all ages that need to learn to swim. Surely a caretaker can be found?

I find it hard to believe that this valuable community resource is being forced to end because a sub-contractor is not prepared to give back to the very community it's supposed to be supporting. Shame on you! I have two children (one with ASD) who have learnt to swim under the tutelage of Anita & the team and it has helped them enormously both with the physical and more importantly their mental health.

Children need these swimming baths. All children need to be taught how to swim. It's called health and safety.

An amazing swimming school that has taught both my children to swim, given them confidence and life skills. Anita and all her team are truly fabulous!

Disgraceful how this established swimming club has been bullied out of business. The children come on leaps and bounds here It’s so wrong to be closing a necessary and affordable life saving education class The staff are brilliant with children DONT CLOSE THEM DOWN

This is a really good club to have in the local area, will be a real shame if it has to close due to a problem that could be fixed by the management company of the swimming pool building.

My son loves coming here. He was scared at first but the trainers are awesome and worked with him to conquer his fears. And he is so proud of himself with the achievements he has made. Please do not stop this brilliant swimming course.

Get your act together for once Kirklees.

Please save the swimming classes as my two boys have just started to get confident in the water and the teachers are amazing.

Save our swim club

Such a massive loss to the community this swim school teaches so many children to swim as well as employing so many swimming teachers. You get an hour long session and can take along children of different ages/stages and get them into the same time slot!

Please save this much needed swimming club for all the children of huddersfield

I would’ve thought that this is quite important to the local people of said swimming classes find it hard to believe they can’t get a caretaker beggars belief come on Kirklees!!!

They're such a good teaching school, all 3 of my children have learnt to swim here.

This swim club should stay open - Such a good friendly club teaching essential life skills. Once again Kirklees Council doing the wrong thing. Shame on you Kirklees.

Anita has taught all 3 of my children, and thanks to her teaching and her team, they are all good swimmers. Sunday is an ideal day due to work commitments, the pay as you attend is brilliant. The staff are amazing, really friendly and good with children. Best swim school!
