Thrive Tribe Foundation (TTF), a non-profit dedicated to ending HIV transmission, is petitioning the City of West Hollywood to award them a grant so they can remain in the City and continue future growth. Currently, TTF needs to solidify the position of its Connection to Care Center. The Connection to Care Center provides people with services in vital programs to help HIV positive men and negative men remain in care. Currently, TTF is one of only 2 non-profits centered around HIV who are still headquartered in the city limits and one of only two places to enroll in assistance programs like ADAP (AIDS Drug Assistance Program) and HIPP (Health Insurance Premium Program). Help keep TTF in West Hollywood.
