After spending 7 yrs visiting the north country to take advantage of riding all the atv trails, i purchased a house in Berlin to be able to enjoy the trails all the time. This a great family activity, please do not take away this activity, it brings money to the economy.

Please don’t close the road access to trails that we enjoy to ride . We bring a lot of money to the northern part of the state . We rent cabins and other lodging that would set unrented. Local restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores, gas stations and additional merchants have had increased sales with the additional use of the trails. We have boosted the economy including home and land sales since the trails have opened with the roadway access.

Atv and ohrv sports have been on a steady climb in the area and with them have brought new revenue and business opportunities. With a steady decline in employment and revenue in the area, we need to embrace things that bring growth to the area.

Keep the trails open!!
My primary residence is in NJ and there’s not one trail system left!! Once you go off your own property you get fined and vehicle impounded!
$1,000 fine plus $1,000 impound fee
Don’t let this happen in a state who states
“Live Free or Die”

Let's find a solution that benefits all! My family spends a lot of money in the New Hampshire economy, we would hate to have to move our business elsewhere but will not hesitate.

We should keep the trails open to help support the local businesses.

We own a yearly time share in NH and have been considering buying a 2nd home with tail access in NH. This would change it plans if real access is lost!

We have recently purchased a vacation rental property to cater to the ATV riders in Colebrook. Shutting down the trails will harm many business owners if not entirely put them out of business. There are little growth opportunities in the North Country and if we lose the trail riders it could devastate growth in the future. Maine is more than ready to take our trail riders if this goes through.
