Please don't close the trails, we are a family of 6 3 boys and 1 girl. This is the one hobby that we all love and love to do as a family! Getting our family out in nature and disconnected from the internet is very important to our family. The lessons we have been able to teach our children about respect for the land and teaching them how to work together and even help strangers that may be broken down or lost are priceless! It would be a shame to take this away from us!

There is way to much work done to shut everything down. Give more power to Trail Patrols. Stopping lawbreakers will and heavely fineing ten should help a lot.

Don’t want to see roads get shut down because I won’t be vacationing if unable to enjoy the trails system

We go up to the north country several times a year. It would be a shame if we had to take our ATVs and business elsewhere. It's a beautiful area.

Our group of family and friends frequent the entire Ride the Wilds trail system multiple times each season. We spend all out vacation dollars in your NH towns and businesses. We spend liberally while we are there. We bring more riders to experience the system and add more funds to your economy with each person who we bring because each become new regulars to spend their time & money in your state to atv there. We have moved our focus from the Vermont trail system to the NH system because we feel it is a more viable system to help. We even have shopped real estate to buy a home where we can have a home base where we can do what we love since we soon are to retire. However if the atv system is in danger of being cut off or our possible new NH home no longer on a trail friendly road we will pull out roots we have begun to grow and spend our money in Maine where they want us and our money and our family & friend's money. I know a majority of other riders feel the same. We come to ride & enjoy the north country. However, if we are not wanted then neither is our funds and we can support an economy that wants us and our thousands of dollars we spend each weekend we come. We know that many of the businesses are depending on atv funds to keep them afloat. We have talked to hotel, restaurant, and store owners. We buy gas. We buy food in stores & restaurants. We pay to stay in the motels. We buy parts & accessories from the shops. We all buy for 6 months out of the year. Think of 6 months of this economic support cut dramatically and what this will do to the ability of these businesses to continue to run & employ the locals that live there everyday. It only takes a few bad winters with bad snowmobile tourism to criple a business when they can not recoup that in the atv season due to a cut off or crippled riding system. When your atv riders take their dollars to where they can ride a connected system in Maine the economy of each of these towns along the trail ststem will be h

Closing the trails/roads to ATV/UTV travel will not only cause riders to take their business to another state or private property causing clubs and the state to loose money due to lack of registration. Many stores, gas stations, campgrounds, and mainly family businesses would be devastated by the loss of income. Do what is right, instead of closing the trails add to them.

I don’t ride or get into the sport but for the ones that enjoy it as much as I do snowmobiling, this is a huge deal. Being born and raised in this area I want to see it prosper and grow for future generations to benefit from living in a great area. These trails keep businesses going and gives the towns the economic growth that is necessary in keeping what we have.
