Save Old University from Over-Development!

Don’t demolish the house.

This is a typical case of a questionable landlord doing whatever they can to screw people and families over for some extra $$

These are such beautiful and old historic houses why would someone want to knock them down

Renters deserve the right to have security in their home!!!!!!

I’ve seen too many student ghettos—we have balanced town/ gown quite well ( or you will destroy what has been considered one of the best places to live in Guelph by not over developing student temporary housing.. Please don’t destroy our neighborhood with another for profit project

This appears to be another project that the City of Guelph has rubber-stamped.

What is happening to these tenants and the way they are being treated is so “not Canadian” and is so wrong.

This is disgusting! These poor home owners.

Please allow the tenants to continue living here.

I strongly agree with all of the points made in the Petition. This new housing provides expensive housing for students and does nothing to contribute to the neighbourhood or provide affordable housing for those in need.

The proposed development is not for family's. It's another student housing complex
