No reason to do this. There are plenty of other places to develop without losing another piece of history. Its not all about money.

Congestion that will be created on that narrow road and small intersection along with the safety concerns for both vehicles and pedestrians in that area are a huge concern. Not to mention that hat traffic will block the fire stations ability to quickly respond to calls.

This is the one part of my home town that still puts a smile on my face. Please don't make it look like the rest.

Loudoun has enough high-development areas and NEEDS to retain its historical legacy! This housing is NOT needed in this space! Save Old Ashburn now.

Old Ashburn is NOT One Loudoun, it is a quaint destination that is a highlight for many folks. Do not tear it down!

I was born and raised in Ashburn, Virginia. Please keep the genuine authenticity of the small city alive for generations to come.

As a long time resident of Ashburn it is a historical site and should remain that way. As a member of the Weller family I think that all Steauart Weller did for old Asburn we should respect his memory.

The over development in the area needs to stop and preserve what is left of the history of Ashburn.

Please don't do this along this road. We need to keep examples of our historic architecture.

I do not want high occupancy condos in Ashburn, VA. I moved away from Montgomery county, MD because of overcrowding and high occupancy condos.

Old Ashburn provides a balance to the development that has grown up around it. Please do not destroy that balance. We love the small business/small town feel it represents.

The development of some existing new houses is already very disturbing to this nice historic area. We don't need further houses but a sustainable development to enhance the existing beauty of this historic and surrounding green area.
