Yarra ranges council should be ashamed of themselves. Money hungry thieves the lot of them. Should be helping small business's in the yarra valley, they bring so many tourists in each year

As a regular patron. I was shocked and annoyed by the councils decision. The council should be encouraging businesses, not making it harder for them to operate.
