Hunters/Anglers/Outdoorsmens care more about wild game than people realize. We are all conservationist and I want that based down to my children so they can learn to respect wild game and respect the environment. Please here is out!

When will this state ever learn? I am blown away that someone whould even consider introducing such a bill. How bout the elected officials fix the problems within the state....and they wonder why people are leaving NY -

This is an attack on NY's hunting and fishing heritage. These contests are conducted in open seasons within the regulations set forth by the NY DEC. This is similar to the bill written to remove the ability to use firearms in games of chance. BOTH ill conceived, and if the intention was to assure legal compliance then the bills should have been written that any contest MUST be conducted within the laws and regulations of NY. I wonder how many of those that sponsored and Co-sponsored this bill to"protect wildlife" were standing and cheering a few short weeks ago over the signing of the late term abortion bill?
