This is just wrong....next they will be tell us to fish without hooks, hunt without shells, trap without traps. This will open a Pandora's box of regulations.

As hunter field trialer this bill disgusts me and we have to stand together for this great sport we all love !

These tournaments and derbies are a big part of tradition and local fundraising. All those involved are held to a high standard and must follow all laws.

The economic impact of this bill on small towns where fishing tournaments are held is enough reason to vote no.

Keep the hunting tradition for our kids and grandchildren. Some ppl count on this as part of life

This is a really silly bill and shouldn't receive any discussion. We have plenty of wildlife regulations already, and this bill just steps over and supercedes all of them.

The government needs to stop thinking it knows what is in our best interest. Instead they should focus on what is driving people and business from this state

I have been a member and past President of the Finger Lakes Trollers Associon for over 20 years. The club donates time & money to area family fishing events, Trout stream revitalization as well as helping the NYSDEC with stocking. Such legislation is completely ignorant to the good sportsmen and clubs provide.

This bill would destroy the life and lively hood of many people in the state.
