These tournaments and derbies are a big part of tradition and local fundraising. All those involved are held to a high standard and must follow all laws.

This is a really silly bill and shouldn't receive any discussion. We have plenty of wildlife regulations already, and this bill just steps over and supercedes all of them.

I have been a member and past President of the Finger Lakes Trollers Associon for over 20 years. The club donates time & money to area family fishing events, Trout stream revitalization as well as helping the NYSDEC with stocking. Such legislation is completely ignorant to the good sportsmen and clubs provide.
