Save NYS Outdoors Traditions

As a Sportsman Education Instructor for the state of New York, I am disheartened about this attack on our longtime traditions of hunting and fishing in our state, especially Upstate. Those who have no understanding or experience with this are trying to legislate our traditions away. I wish, for once, instead of creating more unneeded laws, the lawmakers of this state would actually take the time to get to know and understand their constituents.

Save a tradition so many of us enjoy and let it keep going for following generations

As yet this bill has no companion bill in the Senate. Further, King Cuomo likes to attend those fishing derbies and contests because it gives him an opportunity to mingle with the outdoors-men so it's doubt full he would sign it if it came to his desk. However, just the fact that some down state out of touch Assemblyman and his like co-sponsors have got this piece of crap legislation on the list is indicative of the kind of mind set that exists in our state. Me must divide upstate from downstate. There must be a Two-State Solution.

this state is an absolute disgrace

Stop trying take this things that keep young kids out of trouble and focus more on all the drugs and shooting from people that cant get guns that end up with them. How do they get them probley steal them I would think. My grandfather has been a hunter safety teacher for many years it's what we love to do.

This state is getting ridiculous i cant understand why our government wants to take our rights but legalize things that have been illegal and have put people in prison for years people died for things this crooked government wants to legalize

Ny state has always been a beautiful state to hound hunt and no one who really cares about there hound would hurt them so leave the laws alone

Please DO NOT allow this to go through. Taking people's rights away is against everything this country stands for.
