Save NYS Outdoors Traditions

This law is absurd!! Another form of gun control. They should pass laws that encourage more people to hunt— like lower the liscenseing fees!!!

This law is a travesty to getting youth involved in the outdoors, it will cripple clubs and is just another attempt to push an anti-gun agenda.

The government needs to get their heads out of the lobbyists' asses and take care of more important things; like building a wall, kick out ALL that are NOT citizens (anchor babies are NOT citizens) taking are of OUR citizens, and getting rid of the government officials that need to be put in jail for treason & terrorists acts! Keep pushing to take away our traditions and rights and there will be a war, I promise you that. Which side do you think the 3% will stand on? If you don't like OUR country or our laws, then LEAVE! It's that simple!

Dear Fudds, We warned repeatedly that the Grabboids™ would not stop at taking only the scary, black, plastic ones with the 'high capacity clipizines' and the 'saturday night specials', but that they would come for your Granpabbie's single-shot Deer Slayer in time. Ignorance will destroy our state. Be informed before making an amendment about something you have no idea about. If you don't hunt, fish, or own animals, then don't make laws pertaining too them. You work for me, not the Humane Society.

This bill needs to be struck down immediately. Our heritage of hunting tradition will not be assailed.

I have been hunting for years with my family and I dont appreciate this bill my family hunts every year and I love the contest it would be a shame for the state to take this away to jew hunters and familys.

People that don't understand how Up State people live and work, should not be allowed to make laws that effect our lives.

OPPOSE! After reviewing the sponsors of this bill, I'm not surprised at the objectives. This infringes on one's right to hunt and the 2nd Amendment! It seriously takes away from Field Trials and Hunt Tests for dogs that are needed to gauge the ability and proficiency to retrieve birds. Hunters do not want to see any harvested wildlife being left in the field and these type of competitions insure that. This affects an entire large, voting community of competitors that live for the outdoors, hunting, their use of guns and the great deal of commerce it generates. Absolutely Opposed and it's rediculous! Once again this is a clear division on what Upsate New Yorkers want and Down State politicians impose on the rest of it's constituencies without any regard to their opinions needs and wants. You should be ashamed of your actions and this should not be in front of the NYS DEC!!!

Competitions only account for a tiny sliver of the amount of animals harvested in NYS

If New York outdoorsmen were smart, they should leave and let the state turn into the garbage pit becoming.

This is outrageous, most proceeds from these events go to good causes, while teaching kids to respect nature.

The sooner we can split into two states the sooner we don’t have to deal with Cuomo anymore!
