Norwalk is already over-populated and the traffic in this city makes it impossible to get anywhere in a timely manner. The infrastructure can barely keep up now - what will happen when this becomes a mini Stamford? Listen to your residents and stop listening to people who are not from Norwalk. They do not know what is right for our city better than the people who were born and raised here.

Norwalk has more then enough housing and taxes aren't going down, but going up. And the traffic is terrible, and getting worse. The answer is NO MORE HOUSING !!!

What are they doing to our town? There are only 2 ways to get out o East. Norwalk. What are they thinking? The traffic in our town is out of control and they don't care.

The P&Z Commission is obviously conflicted, putting developers' priorities ahead of any citizen concerns. But the argument that increased housing in Norwalk will make it more affordable is disingenuous. The more you build, the more will come along with ever high prices barring any real estate downturn.

Please don’t change zoning in single family neighborhoods to 2 family. I am a lifelong resident and don’t think it is wise to continue increasing population in an already over developed city. Thank you for listening and please don’t let our city degenerate into an unpleasant place to live.

The board would never down zone b-zone to a c-zone only. When the P+Z was split before it was because of ideas like this.
