Making 2 family zones will be taking the integrity out of what we already know as a family friendly neighborhoods. Not t mention the eco systems being jeopardize for the reason of development. The developers don't even live in our area, so they have no vested interest

Please stop the new zoning initiative. East Norwalk and Norwalk as a whole is nationally recognized as unique and desirable with a special vibe. Once implemented the impact on the community cannot be reversed. Before moving forward with further consideration address to correct the current infrastructure issues before exponentially increasing the problems: traffic management; enforcement oversight, water/sewage/schools, and community services (fire, police, trash etc) to name a few. I invested in my home factoring it into my retirement. I am greatly concerned about the potential for diminished value on the financial impact of the multiple zoning. I love this city and want to continue living here. Please grow the city in a thoughtful considered approach.

What's been happening for years now is just horrible - complete lack of real awareness and care for community. Not to mention long term considerations. And let's include infrastructure (and I'm talking water tratment, stormwater runoffs, etc etc among others) The City Planner has no deep expereince in smart city planning - and the Mayor is perhaps recognizing - finally - that we are simply NOT Stamford nor do we want to be. The cheap over developments will be an albatross around Norwalks neck within 15 years if we are not careful.

The stress of upzoning to East Ave and East Norwalk on traffic, enviroment, schools, water usage, fire & police services will be monumental. Are we trying to bigger than Stamford without the business to support jobs.

It will cause even more traffic chaos. The lines getting on and off exit 16 and along East Ave toward East Norwalk is a nightmare from 2:30 pm -6:30 pm and morning commuting times as well. The up zoning will change the ambiance of East Norwalk.
