Norwalk is overpopulated already. Traffic is a nightmare. Our quality of life is being eroded by developers.

P&Z is ignoring the existing issues with traffic, parking or infrastructure that comes with increased density. the city ignoring ordinance enforcement & unsafe on-street parking, lead to over 150 streets & intersections reported as 'impassable' by residents for 2-way traffic or 'dangerous' due to blind intersections at different times of the day.
