Recent exceptions to zoning, permitted by spurious "bonus points" are being used to ruin the NE nautical village nature of ENwk.
The "amenities should be encouraged for a building permit, but never to violate the building code, and nature of our village.

I live on the water and want to see my property value go up - with a neighborhood feel- not go down with overcrowding. We should be working on beautification of this city- and bringing in more people by expanding the arts, There are great areas- don't ruin them by creating a "need" that doesnt exist.

No way you are not changing neighborhoods and creating density and more traffic And limiting our resources. No way. We are overstrained already. Leave our areas alone. There has been no notification. None. We are over the 10 percent affordability and Norwalk and all of CT has tons of houses for sale etc. people are leaving bc it’s too expensive. Enough and leave us alone. No density period. Don’t touch the zoning

Enough!
I have lived in Norwalk my entire life and am horrified at the dreadful NYC vibes that are taking over our once beautiful town.
All of the ridiculously expensive housing that lifelong residents cannot afford, thereby pushing them away from Norwalk to make way for people escaping from NY who are willing to pay the exorbitant rates for rent and mortgages.
And changing zoning laws to make room for MORE escapees, thereby creating the need for ramped up public services, schools, emergency services, and the like.
The long-time residents who built this town and now want to retire in the beautiful place they helped to create are fed up with the greed of the developers and the town officials who just love to get their names in the paper.
Enough!
