There should be no question here of the right thing to do.

Besides the fact that this is some of the only green space in the area, it's a great building that could easily be repurposed.

I grew up on Lovering only a few blocks away. This library and its surrounding park are situated nicely to accommodate foot traffic and promote public activities around it. Please. This intersection is very important to the Hertel community. Lets take steps to improve it character, like removing fast food joints and parking lots.

This lot is a beautiful asset to the community and could be highlighted with the farmers market that takes place in an empty lot down the block.

The North Park Library is both an architectural and cultural treasure that occupies a prominent location in North Buffalo.

Really? Demolishing a corner historic structure? Can you possibly be serious?

It would be excellent to see this historic spot restored. She's a real beauty. No matter if you demo or save it, the owner still has to remove the asbestos from the building so that should not be an excuse for demolition. There are plenty of vacant lots all around this library to build new on!

This building is the only structure near this intersection with any character worth saving. It would be a shame for it to go.

Ugly trend in building demos lately. I don't like the direction this is going.

Knocking down the library will remove all green space left in neighborhood. Can't they make that a parkway. ?

Not only a very sweet building, it's also a lovely oasis of green and trees in what has become a perfectly awful intersection. Preserve it!

This building lends a sense of scale and place to an otherwise sub urbanized corner. Every building may not be worth saving but this one is!

This beautiful building is worth preserving, perhaps converting to a community based arts-related facility.

please do not take the last aesthetically pleasing parcel in that entire area just to turn it into yet another one of your generic retail plazas.

Please preserve the last bit of charm on this corner - this is the ONLY remaining bit of an urban like setting, every other corner of this intersection is suburban style awfulness.

Please save this landmark! For years I walked classes of students to the North Park Library... one year my Kindergarten class planted the beautiful daffodils that still bloom there every Spring!
