Please do not let them close NBGC. This institution is a staple of the community and has brought so many people together. Moving here from out of state, NBGC has helped me to find a sense of community in a new home. My step daughter has learned to golf here along with countless other young ones. We have the beach for surfing and no other options for affordable golf, community and family values in that setting.

Not just a landmark and affordable golf for the community. Generation have learned to play golf here at Newport. No need for more high density housing.

This is a landmark course that serves this community so well. It’s affordable and loved. Right under flight path is WORST place to build more. As is open land, fresh air, birds, bunnies, no conflicts about noise!!! I’ve met hundreds of nice folks there over 45 years of playing. John Leonard
