Please don’t get rid of the golf course. We don’t need more congestion in the area and this is one of the only courses I can bring my two little boys to to learn the game.

We do not need a surf school and certainly do not need more high density housing. We are overpopulated as is and do not have the infrastructure to support more people and cars. We already have constant tourists coming from inland that we have no parking for already.

The golf course is heavily used and affordable. There are not many similar facilities nearby. Meanwhile, surfers have the ocean. Let’s not be silly on this.
