For a lot of reasons the owner of KIR does not think it can continue, mainly due to lack of support for the event. My goal here is to show him that we DO have the support and we CAN keep it alive! Please help by sharing this petition so we can save this incredible event!

please keep live music alive in Ohio for the people and for the bands this is a dieing art where us unknown bands get very few chances to be heard and are storys in song are told it's hard to get the chance to play out any more unless you as a band pay to play and your talking a lot of money most and all bands don't have please help to keep Music Alive your friends Barry Tenney + Larry Carr + Dane Lenhart from Band Nothingpure

Local musicians will fight for our scene again and again. We will not be silenced nor turned down. Let the music industry try to stop us. God hi self could not stop us. Viva la music revolution!

Although I was only able to experience NEOfest last year, the whole idea of it is amazing. An entire festival dedicated to praising the hard work and effort of every local musician in the scene, its everything an aspiring musician could hope to be a part of. No discrimination of genre, no matter what skill level, its all about the music and really what it means to the artist. So many musicians go unnoticed because of the harsh reality of gigging. NEOfest is like the shining light in that. Dave, and the rest of KiR, have created something amazing. Our voices must be heard ok this matter. To go without this festival is to say that they win. That if you can't cut it gigging and buying out tickets just to get on stage and show your stuff, that you're not worth it. I know without a shadow of a doubt that Dave believes otherwise. Putting the local scene before himself, giving more than his fair share and not losing the fire in his heart shows that it is worth it. To share your voice, your song no matter the tune. I vote not to can NEOfest this year or any year to come. Let the fires burn through the darkest of night to show our passion and dedication is stronger than the voices telling us to stop. LONG LIVE NEOFEST AND LONG LIVE LOCAL MUSIC
