Neighbourhood PCSo's are the lifeblood of the community, they know the community, they know what is going on. Without them, there will be a lot more anti social behaviour

We are experiencing more and more crimes on my ward and some incidents are quite violent. We need to keep up numbers if we are to keep or area safe.

we should keep all PCSO'S in the capital as I believe it is very important for the police to build bridges with the public and be a visual sight in the community.

They've already been cut back round my way. Hardly ever see street presence. Criminal! Definitely no pun intended.

Cut some of the layers of managment on their six figure salaries and keep the people we need on the streets, otherwise crime will rise and offenders will know there willk be little chance of being caught. People will then take matters into their own hands and then the real problems will start.
