I feel there needs to be more as dont ever see the other police where i live only when their raiding houses for drugs x

PCSOs do a fantastic and necessary job within the police force and without doubt should not be disbanded nor even cut. This government made false promises in their election manifesto and they will pay for this in future elections. It is bad enough that hundreds of local police stations are being closed down, to the detriment of this country's public services. Where is all this leading to?? ~the GOVERNMENT'S secret PRIVATISATION plan ??

We cannot do without them, just as we are building a better community it is going to be set back by removing one of the most important services needed.

We need the neighbourhood policing team to remain, the do such a good job on patrolling our streets and keeping neighbourhood safer. If they are disbanded then our local communities are open to greater levels of crime and anti-social behaviour.

PCSO's are a vital part of local communities and often the only means local people have of making contact with the police and passing on information that helps to reduce crime and anti social behaviour
