The local plan has already identified suitable land to be released for affordable developments. we must preserve green belt and stop developers making a quick buck at the village's expense. The roads, schools, doctors surgeries cannot cope.

I live close to the proposed development and am opposed to it. For a start it is greenbelt land and this should be protected at all costs. I am sure it would negatively affect the youth centre there and the road is already overcrowded with people parking on the pavement on both sides of the road. I am concerned the local infrastructure would not cope with such a large development.

Like the application off Highview on the other side of the village, this is well over the 10 homes limit for building on exceptional greenbelt sites.

One of three such developments in the village. We are now talking 87 new dwellings and should they succeed, this would open the flood gate to more applications by Developers who are using affordable housing as a loophole for building extensively all over the UK

There are numerous sites in the village being looked at for development. Each one will negatively affect the character of the village as well as put further strain on the local services and roads. There are no good transport links and location wise it’s outside the village, too far for the young, elderly or disabled to manage to walk.
Most importantly, this is a greenbelt site and allowing any development of these sites set up for protection of the villages and countryside opens floodgates for other areas leaving no where protected.
We don’t want CSG to sprawl and merge with surrounding villages losing all that greenfield we should be protecting.

This is a Green belt site and valuable wild life site. It is adjacent to an already busy road with severe traffic/parking problems and any development is not in keeping with the local area.

Real concerns that the road cannot take any further development. It is really dangerous already with all the excess parking along the verges from the taxi company who use it as a car parking lot making zero visibility for residents pulling out of their drives on an already busy road. Also the infrastructure of csg like doctors and schools can’t cope with any further development unless this is taken into account. Extremely concerned about the danger of traffic along Narcot Lane and road and pedestrian safety. There would have to restrictions brought in to drop off road parking .

Directly affecting us. The temp traffic light already had a massive impact and that was for maintenance work. Can't imagine what 31 other housing with all that traffic would be like.

Already parking is dreadful along Narcot Lane since the pub car park became a pay and display area Cars are all over the pavement and grass verges the infrastructure has already broken the garage and taxis are parking customers cars and their cabs with very little consideration for the residents.
