This development would squeeze the parking in Narcot Lane moving it onto other roads in the village

Green belt land - developers trying to use loopholes to cash in on the green belt .

Although I accept there is a genuine requirement to build more housing it is my belief that this is not the right location for a large development. Not least because the local infrastructure would struggle to cope.

Save our fields they are our lungs

Green belt land must be protected

Traffic and parking are already problematic in this area of the village and generally across St Giles. The GP surgery is already stretched.

Village is already to busy with traffic, GP’s surgery are to busy

Our village does not have the infrastructure to support this development.

This is a lovely area with outstanding beauty and with a lot of history! There is to many eyesore buildings in the area and now this and all the other housing developments being put in this area is going to be overcrowded and lose its village feel!! The HS2 don’t help matters and now this it’s becoming very sad! I’m against this planning and others being put forward.

We need to save our villages.

There is already too much strain on this village. Doctor waiting times and parking are two of the biggest problems we have. This many more houses will only make it worse

The doctors can’t cope already with 3 week waiting lists

This is right by my house Narcot lane is already very dangerous with the parking.and foitpaths can not be walked on

This is another encroachment on Green Belt land and cannot be considered a special case for consideration by the council. The local plan has provision for social and affordable housing that does not include this site and as such should not be allowed.

The local infrastructure cannot support another 31 houses. Greenbelt should stay as greenbelt Affordable housing is not an excuse for building on greenbelt land

Chalfont St Giles will no longer be a village but a town with busy traffic. We have to wait over 3 weeks for an urgent Doctor's appointment now. What will 60+ more residents do. My son would love an AFFORDABLE HOME but he will never be able to afford one like so many other low wage earners. Affordable for whom?

We lack the infastructure, particularly space on roads, for both driving and parking, to support such expansion of the village and loss of green belt.

Local school already over subscribed doctors also now oversubscribed as development in St. Peter has led to overflow from there now attending st Giles surgery making it almost impossible to get appoint ment Narcot lane already exceptionally busy and building further properties along here will only further add to the already chaotic congestion especially as school time Also object to building on green belt Local residents have already agreed to plan in conjunction for development within st Giles and this flies straight in its face why did we bother with that at all if we keep getting this kind of applications? All in all this kind and size and place of development is wholly inappropriate
