Please let Char continue to work from home. She has worked hard to build up a business to support her and her family. Whenever I have been there she has always done all she can to go about her business without causing any disrupt to others so I feel all this argument is unjustified

Seems to me, if the Council would give you designated parking , it would sort the problem. Good luck.

thought this country is suppose to welcome small businesses , she is using her initiative and earning a wage so she can pay her taxes, i think you will find people are jealous, and maybe the neighbors should have a letter of harassment and stop wasting the council's time and resources,
