Parents and Friends of Malmo School,

Today is the last day for Mrs. Bosma as teacher at Malmo School. She didn’t want to leave. She was told she can not continue giving knowledge to our kids any more because she did not want to get vaccinated. Mrs. Bosma is wonderful teacher who knows how to treat our kids and how to make them love Science. She is teaching for many years and is our kids’s beloved teacher. When last year we all got information that she will need to leave, many kids cried when heard this news. I could write much more about how fantastic she is, but those of you who know her - you know yourselves.
Being unvaccinated does not put anybody else at risk, but the person who didn’t take it. If Mrs. Bosma decided she prefers not taking it, she is simply putting herself at risk only. Studies has proven that anybody can transmit Covid-19, vaccinated or not. To keep our kids safe, I believe social distancing and mask should be enough.
Please, don’t let her go this way. That would be unimaginable loss for our school and mostly for our kids.
Please, sign this petition and help us to keep Mrs. Bosma at our school.
Thank you.

Gloria is one of the best teachers I know! I'm a teacher too and can't belive she is being let go. Vax does not work. It's easy to see. Gloria's teaching does work and she is what's best for the students.

Mrs. Bosma is a respected colleague of mine and I absolutely do not want to see her go. She poses no threat to the rest of us. Let her do her God-given calling: teaching with a passion. #hugsovermasks

She is truly an asset to the school and very caring to the staff and students. She goes out of her way to help others in school and out. Checking on others when they are going through difficult times.

Mrs. Bosma is an amazing teacher. She has a wonderful attitude towards her students. She is passionate about science and she transferred her love of science to her students. She taught my both kids who love her as one of our family members. She is just great. We do not want her to leave the school.

it's unfair to force a teacher that has a huge positive impact on our kids out of her job because she is practicing her Canadian rights of saying no to vaccines. She is wearing a mask and taking all safety precautions all the time. She has to come back to school no what. We can't afford to lose a strong teach like her.

She is the best who devoted her life to teach kids, she is the only teacher I have ever meet who knows who is each student and what talent do they have, something they do not even know they have it , that not what she deserves.

I have known Mrs. Bosma for many years - she is a wonderful woman who cares so much for others and lives what she believes. It is a tragedy to lose a wonderful teacher like her. Please change your policy so the kids don't suffer and so she can keep her job.
