My son had Mr. Carnine for 6th grade and considers him one of the best teachers he's ever had. He says "Mr. C would literally say "please excuse my language.." before even using the word hell in class, he would NEVER use the N word." I hope officials investigate possible motives for false allegations, or at the very least gross misunderstanding.

As a former student, the quotes stated do not mimic his personality. There have been multiple accounts of his 6th period students saying he did not say these words, and denies the claim never happened in his class. We cannot let one student decide the fate of the teacher.

According to the article, all of the "racist" things he said were on a lesson on racist stereotypes, meaning that he was teaching the children about the impact that racial stereotypes have on people, not that he is a racist himself.

Mr. Carnine was the best teacher anyone can have. He didn't deserve any of this. I loved him and he made my sixth grade experience so much more fun. He was wonderful to his students and there is no way that he would have done something like this. Please what is happening to Mr. Carnine is wrong and we must do something about it. There is not one thing that he ever did to make him deserve something like this.

Mr. Carnine is an outstanding teacher who would never do anything to purposely offend anyone. Many of my friends are in his 6th period class and have told me that many of the accusations the article said were false. Mr. Carnine was also my cousin who's in college's teacher and she said tht throughout every teacher she's had Carnine will 100% always be her favorite teacher because he is both amazing individual and an outstanding teacher. Please don't take the job of someone do amazing.

I was there and many of the accusations are lies. He neverf mentioned Jews and said the opposite of what he is being accused of saying. How can this society live with itself when it prosecutes and persecutes people who teach the truth? We cannot live in a world of lies for the rest of our lives.
