Mr Freedman is a LACHSA icon. What a tremendous loss this would be.

He is a teacher that has been so fully dedicated to LACHSA for so many years and wholeheartedly loves his students. We all want him back.

I don't want to miss out on one of the only teachers at this school you learn something from.

I've never had Mr. Freedman as a teacher, but he is an elder whom I respect greatly. He's gracious, kind, and supportive of the students. He comes to our performances, he's friendly in the halls, and he cares about our school and our education. He's been at the school forever, and he deserves more respect. He doesn't deserve this layoff, and if LACOE succeeds, there will be another void in our flawed system.

Freedman is one of the only teachers who actually taught me something. He's been here from the beginning of Lachsa and deserves to stay here.

i did not have him as a teacher but I have heard that people absolutely love his class and learn so much. I've had him as a sub before and he is one of the nicest most caring people I've met at LACHSA.

Mr. Freedman in no way deserves to be a freed man from the education trap at LACHSA--keep him enslaved by bureaucracy so he can keep wishing he could live off his meager pension.

SAVE MR. FREEDMAN! He has been with the school from the start. He is one of LACHSA's best assets. You can't just let someone go for no reason. He loves his job and his students more than any other teacher.

Why you would get rid of one of the most brilliant and passionate teachers at the school that would teach just for the joy of teaching, I have no idea. The man is a walking history book of knowledge, with first hand experiences of a significant chunk of Modern America's history. He loves his job and students so much that he would work for free, for the joy of teaching. If you're going to change things LACHSA, please change them for the better not the worse.

He has been with the school since it started in 1985. He is an asset to the school and deffinately not someone you can let go because he "isn't needed".

He's one of the THE MOST dedicated teachers at that school. Letting him go would just be wrong and plain stupid

Mr. Freedman is possibly the best history teacher I've ever had. We can't lose him.
