Mr.Allen is an incredible teacher, coach, and person. He is kind to everyone and is willing to help anyone with anything. He had one of the greatest impacts on my life and education during my time in the Oyster River School District.

Everyday I walk into school, Mr. Allen always has a positive attitude and it runs off on everyone around him. He deserves a place at the high school just as much as any other teacher.

I love Coach Allen. Indeed this would be unbeneficial to the atmosphere and the interest of the students.

He is one of the only teachers who can put a smile on my fave no matter what. I wish more teachers would aspire to be like him. this world needs to aspire to be like him. ORHS would never been the same without him

Mr.Allen was one of my favorite teachers and an inspiration for me. He should not be let go because of such a stupid and petty reason.

Andy Allen is one of the few teachers I interacted with through out my experience at Oyster River and he is absolutely wonderful. Letting him go would be a huge downfall for this school system!

If he truly is an influence like my friend has claimed him to be, then I'm all for helping him keep his job. Truly good people are truly good teachers.

Andy Allen is one of the most polite and positive people at ORHS. It's insane that one would consider letting him go, when he interacts with everyone in such a positive way. If the school budget is tight, maybe fire some of the teachers who aren't doing their jobs. Or stop spending money on god damn ipads and junk computers that need replacing so often.

Mr. Allen is one of the educators in the Oyster River School District that had the greatest impact on my life during my 12 years in that school system. Though knowledge in the form of math equations and scientific concepts is indisputably important to learn from a school, what I learned from Mr. Allen goes beyond the books. He taught me how to be a compassionate individual who was not just a student at a school but a part of a community that I should do my best to take care of. Even now that I’m 11 hours away at James Madison University I carry that same attitude with me, reaching out to find ways to give back to my new surrounding community. To let go of an educator like Mr. Allen would not only be a disappointment to every person that was lucky to have him as a teacher, it would also be a huge disservice to the rising students in the Oyster River community.
happy to help this man keep his job
