This is a vital resource to our community. Parents need this. As a new mum in a new area it has been a lifeline for me and my first baby.

Me and my daughter Maisie have loved every session we’ve been to! We went to the wellbeing spa and Shannon was amazing. I mentioned I have diastasis recti and she really listened, gave me great advice and some exercises to try. I left feeling so positive and cared for. I look forward to every event and session we book. It’s such a lovely, supportive space for mam’s and little ones! I have recommended the service to every new mam I have met/spoken too. It’s a valuable service and one I am really grateful for. Thank-you for everything you all do

Mother’s Matter has made me so much more confident as a first time mother. If it wasn’t for Mothers Matter, I wouldn’t have met such a lush bunch of Mothers who have became friends and I get to share my Motherhood journey with. When every anyone asks about what groups to attend, I always recommend Mothers Mother. You are always made to feel welcome, it’s such a lush environment and such a safe place.

I found Mothers Matter when I was at rock bottom after having a missed miscarriage at 18 weeks and then having my daughter nearly 18 months later. I was signposted to them and they have been an absolute lifeline. We attend toddler groups which my daughter loves and also therapy sessions. I do not know what I would have done without mothers matter and to lose such a valuable lifeline to so many would be disastrous!

Being Valleys based is a great support to all new that require these services. Unfortunately, there’s not enough of these services and to many gyms etc; can you imagine being out of depth without any support? Or having to wait weeks for support…this is why mothers matter is vital to the community and being able to keep them in their current location will also help lots of their users and network.

This centre is a huge part of a parents journey to parenthood and really does save lives. It can’t go! It’s so needed in RCT. They do so much good work here.
