Thank you for caring about our nation's history. A plot of land is in danger of being rezoned from parks to residential in my adopted hometown of Morrisville, NC. This may happen very soon so I am trying my best to get people from everywhere, not just near Raleigh to know. One of the very last battles of the Civil War occurred here. Also, the letter from the Confederate Army to the Union to propose surrender was delivered into Union hands on the streets or our town. The battlefield is the priority here, some of it has already been lost. I just hope enough people care enough to help save what is left. Thank you
