I fully support Bobbie Albert in her pursuit of a Private Kennel License. Please do not force her to give up this precious Dog who will not make it without her. Put yourself in her shoes.

Bobbie and family are excellent providers for their pets. They should be granted permission to keep Miko. Miko is not young and should be allowed to live out the time left. Even if this can not be enacted permanently please allow special circumstances to allow for 4 pets temporarily to allow Miko to live out a comfortable and secure life.
