I'm not sure if this will actually be read or not. If it is I hope who reads it understands the gravity of my words. I would be where I am today without Missouri Fine Arts Academy. This program set me on a path that I'm going to be fallowing the rest of my life. I met friends who even only knowing them for a few weeks fundimentally changed who I am. Art is what makes us human. We need this program.

I went to the Missouri Fine Arts Academy in 2015 and it was one of the greatest life experiences. I learned so much as both an artist, a person, and a student, and everyone deserves the opportunity to attend.

Please keep this program. Without it I wouldn't have met great friends and I wouldn't have gotten better at my craft

The arts are an outlet for many, many kids who otherwise have nothing and no one. If you're shutting down the fine arts funding, you're signing death certificates.

This academy was detrimental to my college career. I never believed college was an option until I excelled here, with the help of dedicated and passionation professors. This is an asset to young artists.

We need to keep the funds for our states fine arts academy!! The arts are an incredibly important thing for our state, society, residence and especially our youth! The arts have been an important part of history sense the dawn of time! It inspires people, allows them to express themselves, create fantastical things never seen before. The arts have also allowed us to invision and create parts od our society from buildings, to need technology, to the very design of our city streets! Art is also incredibly important for our youth, allowing them to express themselves and create things that without art would have never been seen! Art allows young and old people alike to bring light and beauty to some of the darkest parts of our world! What are we telling the youth of today if we take the the funding away from the arts?! You would be telling them that their thoughts and creative thinking isn't important! Art and this art program are very important!!! They help make society what it is and we need to continue to fund it!!!!

I was apart of the MFAA graduating class in 2013. I still use the teachings in my studies and art today, and everyone deserves the experience to undergo a program like MFAA.
