Establish a Conservation Pool Level so it never goes dry again.

As property owners on the "waterfront" of Medina lake and still paying full "waterfront" taxes our voices should be heard and acted on. When the water comes back it should be our right to have some conservation plan in place that benefits us a well.

A water management plan is needed for Medina Lake that fairly addresses the interests of all stakeholders and considers the economic impact to all parties around the Lake and its down-stream basin

The lack of affirmative water management practices for Medina Lake shows an irresponsible lack of understanding of the lake as a recharge point, and allowing the water loss that occurs from obsolete irrigation practices and facilities is a breach of public trust that simply must be remedied as San Antonio and neighboring areas continue to grom and take water from wherever they can.
