The park is beautiful- please do not remove trees and don't damage the creek. The public should be allowed to speak on this issue.

Leave that park alone. Let there be one place that doesn't have a "use." Let it be. You have done enough to this area. There are effing subways and helicopters driving us crazy. Quality of life tanks with every new concrete god you raise. This area was meant to house DC workers. Now McLean IS DC. You let them do that to your fellow residents.

what is being done is unnecessary and without merit. The people responsible for this will be held to account next election. The harmony of our neighborhood will be irreparably ruined by these actions. By the actions of a few politicians that never asked the community for input. Please reconsider what you are doing. If you don't it will ruin your future in this community

Do not cut hose trees. They are the heart of McLean.

There is plenty of debris IN the creek to be removed first before cutting 250 trees. The County recently cut 120 trees to expand the Library. Some of the trees marked are a Long way from the creek. Why are they marked? If the trees Near the creek are being cut, why does the Park have to be closed for almost a Year????

Thank you very much for alerting us to this proposal. I am deeply concerned and I love the park the way it is.
Save the trees!
Let it flow the way mother nature want's it to.
