The National Trust have to realise that they cannot treat family businesses this way. They have put me off visiting the Giants Causeway with their ridiculous pricing policy

My grandmother was born in Northern Ireland. I was privileged to visit the Giant's Causeway in 2009. Please find someplace else to put the toilets.

The National Trust is supposed to be a charity. What is charitable about this cynical attempt to destroy a little piece of competition, and years of history too? National Trust are making millions out of this site already. Leave McConaghy's alone

There's no need for this shameless Giant-sized Greed. I fully support the long-established local independent trader and deplore this attempt by the National Trust to strong arm them out of business with Giant-sized Greed by a Giant-sized corporation that really should know better. The tactics used at the Giant's Causeway to get visitors to pay into a 'Visitors Centre' (when the real attraction are the actual stones) are sneaky and underhand. Well below the standard befitting a national organisation. "How can we help each another?" is a good business strategy. Anything less is just people taking advantage of other people. We're ALL connected. One planet. One love!
