I would like to keep the woodland

I object to to the continued development and commercialism of Malahide Castle Demesne. I request that the Fingal County Council overturn their decision to proceed with the construction of a forest adventure centre in a fragile natural woodland environment and extension of the Bridgefield carpark.

Utterly disgusting. We're the most deforested country in Europe, if not the western world. We should be aggressively planting more trees, not cutting them down.

Destroying the woods for a hotel is a stupid idea. Find a better spot, hopefully with less trees.

I've lived in Malahide my whole life. I went from using those trees as access to the playground as a kid, to using them to hangout in and drink as a teen, to walking through them to the café, then later to Avoca, as an adult. Those trees are a part of Malahide. That's why I'm signing this petition.
