For a resisidant who has grown up in Malahide it's s disgrace that this is even an option, this needs to be blocked and stopped

My family and I go to Malahide demesne frequently and we love the Woodlands just as they are - as do all the wildlife who call it home. Please keep this bit of Malahide peaceful and beautiful for all of us.

This land must be kept as it is, currently open for everyone to enjoy & preserve our wildlife. Not cut down, dug up and destroyed for someone's personal gain. This belongs to fingal and was given to the people, the community and visitor's to enjoy...keep it that way.

These woodlands desperately need to be saved, I can't believe this is planned lots of woodland & wildlife will be destroyed & never gotten back. I & a lot of people I kno come to malahide castle for the woodlands, it'd be a total disaster if this wildlife was lost as we'd never ever get it back. It's already been ruined at Portmarnock beach on the dunes,they're wasting away due to that bloody golf course

Woodlands like this take years to grow. These kinds of natural amenities cant simpy be moved or replaced.

I have many happy memories in Malahide Castle Demesne when I was younger, it would be very wrong to remove any of the woodland there.

Knocking down or interferring with one of Ireland's oldest castles is not only ridiculous 800 yrs of history should mean something. In terms the government can understand we will lose not only culturally but also financially as it is one if the most visited sites in Ireland!
